1. Installation and commissioning:
a) The electrode clamp is connected to the negative electrode, and the electrode holder is connected to the output positive electrode.
b) Argon passes through the argon pressure reducing valve and is connected to its argon gas delivery.
c) Tungsten needles can be sharpened on a sand turbine, and the tip discharges electricity to work. Inlet, the argon pressure reducing valve is adjusted to the most gas (applicable to models with argon protection)
d) When the tungsten needle is installed, the welding head is extended about 5MM, and the diameter of the tungsten needle is 0.1mm.

2. Operation steps:
a) Turn on the power and turn on the power switch.
b) Adjust the power knob. Generally (coarse adjustment) adjustment scale is 1 ~ 1.5, (fine adjustment) adjustment scale value is 7 ~ 8 (the scale value can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirements of the workpiece).
c) Hold the workpiece with tweezers, the workpiece interface is aligned with the tungsten needle (the optimal distance is 0.5MM), and the workpiece cannot contact the tungsten needle.
d) Depress the foot switch with your foot (remove the foot), and the spot welding is completed.
